2014 Fall - UH - None - Cotton field soil sample
Description
The soil sample was black, and it was collected from a cotton field on September 1st, 2014. It tested positive for paraoxon and negative for methyl parathion. After ten days of incubation, it was observed too many to count (TMTC) colonies on the minimal agar plates. However, I counted approximately 22,069 colonies.
