Description
I got my sample from my friend’s grandmas garden. In the garden they grow tomatoes, zucchini and cucumbers. The soil sample came from the corner of the garden a little bit out of the way from everything. They use all natural Neem oil and SEVIN ready to use 5% dust as pesticides. I believe after DNA isolation that my Bacteria is Sinorhizobium Meliloti, a bacteria which lives around or within the root nodules of legumes where it fixes nitrogen.
