The collected soil was from Froberg Farm, where several vegetables along with strawberries are grown. The soil was dark brown in color and heavily moistened. During the process of isolating and growing the bacteria present in the soil sample, I have observed color changing patterns in a weekly basis on specific combination of medium and insecticide.
