Description
It was collected in farm on the country side of Bandera county, San Antonio, Texas. The soil sample was collected from a organic farm where they grow tomatoes, chilies, etc. The soil was dry and hard to found a moist collection. The hole were the soil was collected was about 8cm deep. Sample was taken to the lab 4 days after collection. It was kept in room temperature all the time.
