Description
This sample was taken from a grow box at the location(37.3463777, -113.6905602). Max Home Defense was used on this grow box before I took the sample. My electrophoresis was unsuccessful and therefor I did not obtain a 16s rRNA gene sequence. Through other research I came to the conclusion that the species I isolated was Methylococcus capsulatus
