Description
Soil Sample was collected in Channelview, TX along Old River.
The sample was grown on a Glycerol Minimal Media inoculated with Paraoxon. The colony count present is about 7. The colonies are well isolated, and some show a halo on them. Colonies were able to hydrolyze Px and degradation of OP was present. This is determined by the soft and blurred edges shown on the colonies.
